so i just posted something about well dressed children frolicking around stone paved streets of copenhagen.. and i thought about them eating ice cream… more importantly, PARADIS ice cream. i can’t quite say if it’s ice cream/sorbet/gelato since it takes qualities of each but i can say that it’s the most delicious treat i’ve ever had. it’s so good. and guess what??!
they have one in montrose, ca!
next time i am in ca (which i hope is soon), i will be going here and buying a BOX to take away.
